Promprylad.Renovation is an innovation center on premises of “Promprylad”, a revitalized plant in Ivano-Frankivsk. One-of-a-kind for Ukraine, the project of revitalization of the old industrial zone will give a significant impetus to the region’s development and will become a role model for other cities around the world. The project of 37.000 m² will create conditions for business and social initiatives focused on the development of new economy, urban planning, contemporary art, and informal education in the region.
As an impact investment project, Promprylad.Renovation is going to raise UAH 700 million from private investors and organizations in order to gradually launch six buildings and a park. In December 2018, the project received the UN Partnership For Sustainability Award as the best project in category “Economic Development” and Atlantic Council called Promprylad.Renovation “Ukraine’s most impressive civil society project”.
