CONFIDENT PUBLIC SPEAKER by Inside.if

🎤 CONFIDENT PUBLIC SPEAKER from @inside.if
2-day offline intensive

❗️ This is not acting skills or public speaking courses.

Intensive from the co-founders of InSide:
@darya.yakovleva_psy and @uliana.haieva
We won't teach you to play a role, make theatrical gestures or "speak correctly".
We will learn to speak from ourselves, from a grounded place, with our own energy and meaning.

At this intensive you will:
✅ gain a structure for self-presentation and pitching
✅ learn to hold the audience's attention
✅ practice speaking without masks
✅ create your own ready-made mini-presentation
✅ and most importantly — stop losing yourself on stage

📌 Program:

Day 1:
• How to overcome stage fright and inner tension
• The confident state of a speaker
• A self-presentation that is remembered
• Voice, body, presence
• A personal story that resonates

Day 2:
• Structure of a powerful presentation
• Contact with the audience and influence
• How not to lose yourself and hold attention
• Working with fear and mistakes
• Final presentations by participants

🎯 3 participants will get the opportunity to speak at InSide events!
