Dnipro Ukrainians Among the UPA

The Soviet regime imposed the myth that the UPA consisted only of people from western Ukraine. In this way, the Bolshevik-Communist authorities, by dividing us into «western» and «eastern», sowed discord and undermined the unity of the Ukrainian nation. The Russians are doing the same thing today.

We will discuss the colonels and generals, commanders of higher-level formations and smaller UPA units from the Naddniprianshchyna region at Khartiya-Hub in Ivano-Frankivsk.

Lecturer: historian, candidate of historical sciences, researcher of the OUN network activities and UPA units, serviceman of the 13th Brigade «Khartiya», Serhii Volianiuk.
