Promprylad Machine Workshop
Dramma per musica "ROMEO & JULIET" — a post-apocalyptic version of Shakespeare's saddest tragedy in an experimental format. The love story of the pure-hearted Romeo and Juliet in a decadent post-apocalyptic Verona.
The performance will take place as part of the Shakespeare Festival 2025. The festival was created as an open platform for dialogue with the world. And although this year the program features exclusively Ukrainian productions, the content addresses global themes: the role of theatre in times of war, new approaches to the classics, cultural memory, and the artist's responsibility to the audience.
