When Everything Is Real

On stage — two people. They worked together in the theater, volunteered together, went through
Khersonshchyna and Vovchansk together. This is a story of love, war, trenches, pizza ads, puppet theater, and
French cinema. It is — dark humor and plain truth.

Here jokes alternate with funerals, machine gunners eat kefir, and stylists fire in bursts.
We invite you to attend the documentary standup show by two actors who became infantrymen —
«When Everything Is Real».

Authors and performers: servicemen of the 13th Brigade «Khartiya», Tetiana Tumasiiants and Oleksii
Petrychenko.

Tetiana and Oleksii are Ukrainian actors who performed at the Kharkiv Puppet Theater, and when the full-scale invasion began, they stood up to defend the Homeland.
The servicemen share a joint path of service: they volunteered together in the Kyiv TDF, then participated in the defense of Mykolaiv, Kherson, Vovchansk, and served in Sloviansk. In May 2023 they transferred from the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the NGU — to the 13th Brigade «Khartiya», where they continue to serve to this day.
